  • at the reception of the town hall against a deposit receipt
  • by post by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt
  • from 1 January 2022, by mail to autorisation-urbanisme@valdisere.fr. The modalities for using the electronic submission (EVS) will be as follows: submission by Electronic Registered Letter (ERL). All the documents making up your applications must be submitted in PDF format. The town planning department will send you an electronic acknowledgement of receipt with a registration number within 10 working days of receiving your application. Your application will be processed within the legal time limits.

The following link of the European Commission website allows you to view a published list of trusted providers and you should look for providers with the "QeRDS" (Qualified electronic registered delivery service) after their name. Note that LRE providers use different means of identifying the recipient and the sender. In order to choose the most suitable service for the intended use, it is recommended to consult the websites of the different providers.

The town planning department remains available for any further information you may require concerning the implementation of this EVS.
