Getting to and around Val-d'Isère

The train journey is fast and reliable: you can reach Bourg St Maurice from Paris by TGV in less than 5 hours or travel from London to Bourg St Maurice on the direct Eurostar ski train in just over 8 hours, day or night.

2 - Getting around Val d'Isère

From La Daille to Le Fornet, via the Rond-Point des Pistes, La Legettaz, Le Manchet and Pont Saint-Charles, take the free shuttle buses to explore the village: 

  • Red train" shuttles running from November 27, 2023 to May 5, 2024.
  • Yellow train and blue train" shuttles running from December 2, 2023 to May 5, 2024

Winter shuttle service 2023/2024

Red train line - La Daille / Le Fornet / Le Pont Saint-Charles
November 27 to December 1: Departure from La Daille every 45 minutes from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
From December 2: Service ends at 2.40 a.m.

Yellow train line - Bus station / Le Manchet
Service ends at 11:20 p.m.

Ligne train Bleu - Rond point des pistes / Legettaz
Service ends at 11:20 p.m.
