Everyday life

Hosting

Whether you are looking for permanent or seasonal accommodation, the search for a rental can sometimes be long and difficult. It is therefore essential to anticipate your arrival on the resort. It is also possible that your employer will offer you a solution for your accommodation.

To increase your chances of obtaining a flat, do not hesitate to contact organisations or structures such as the Sacoval, the Opac de la Savoie, estate agencies, private adverts sites, etc. You can also extend your search to neighbouring villages such as Ste Foy, La Thuile, Séez, or Bourg St Maurice ...

Don't be discouraged! You will find the solution.

The Sacoval

The Société d'économie et de construction de Val d'Isère is a structure that manages both social housing (Les Côves 2, Campanules...) and non-conventional housing intended for year-round rental only.

New! Find all the news and application forms on the WEBSITE of the Sacoval. Your housing application can now be made online. You can also pick up a file by email or at the office: Le Planay - Chemin du Planay - Val d'Isère.

Contact: accueil@sacoval.fr / 04 79 40 15 70
Opening hours: Mon - Wed - Fri from 8.30am to 12.30pm / Tue - Thu from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.

Opac de la Savoie

The Savoie is a sought-after geographical area and the delays in obtaining an apartment are sometimes very long.
You can obtain an OPAC file from the Town Hall reception desk, or you can download the download or make your request online.

Real estate agencies in the resort

Go to theTourist Office.

Do not hesitate to consult the Facebook page "Les saisonniers de Val d'Isère" and the website of Life Val d'Is.

Finally, don't forget the estate agencies in the other towns (Ste Foy, La Thuile, Séez, Bourg St Maurice...) and the property websites (Le Dauphiné Libéré, Particulier à Particulier, leboncoin...).
