The Archives and Heritage Department ensures the preservation of the town hall's historical collections, collects them and promotes them.

Did you know? The municipal archives contain more than 11,845 files.

The municipal archives preserve above all the memory of a community. Civil status registers, maps, photographs, building permits, testimonies, etc. They contain all the documents produced by the town hall. In addition, there are more than 200 historical objects and the Val d'Histoire collection, which complete our heritage and our legacy.

A wealth of information that feeds the museum, exhibitions, guided tours, etc. All these tools enhance and democratise the history of the village and the resort.


How to consult the archives?

The municipal archives are accessible to anyone who requests them. However, some documents may not be disclosed in accordance with the legislation in force.
