👉 Enhancing and protecting our natural heritage The Arolle Millénaire is more than just a tree. Perched at an altitude of 2170 m, it is a true witness to our history and a treasure trove of biodiversity.
👉 Local pride The town council wanted every Avalin to rediscover and take pride in this natural jewel.
What makes Arolle Millénaire so special?
🌟 Age and robustness : 300 years old, this tree has stood the test of time, surviving the rigors of the climate and the pressures of its environment.
🌟 Impressive dimensions With a circumference of 350 cm and a height of 25 to 26 m, it dominates the Lesinant forest, offering a breathtaking natural spectacle.
🌟 Ecology L'Arolle is home to unique flora and fauna, including foxes, black grouse and rare flowers that are precious to our ecosystem.
