Copy of birth certificate

To obtain a copy of your birth certificate, simply fill out the form below. The reception staff at the town hall will return the requested certificate within a few days to the address you have given on the form.

Please note: only birth certificates for people born in Val d'Isère can be requested by authorised persons.
